I love simple meals. I love meals that are healthy and delicious, and I love comfort food. Comfort foods usually involve cream, butter, and some sort of cheese.
I came up with a very simple one bowl of Mac and cheese.
1/2-1 cup cooked whole wheat noodles (cook until al dente)
2 wedges laughing cow light cheese
Splash of low-fat of fat free milk
pepper to taste
Directions: Boil pasta and immediately drain, add drained pasta to bowl, add wedges of cheese and milk, mix until combined, add pepper to taste and enjoy!!!
