An average soda contains 25-30 grams sugar. Drinking a can of soda is the same as eating 7 teaspoons of sugar.
5 grams fat = 1 teaspoon butter
An average Hamburger has 40 grams of fat. Eating a Burger is the same as eating 8 teaspoons of butter…. WOW that is a lot of fat!
